Premium Membership includes:
- Free PC health optimization one per quarter
- Unlimited Remote computer support provided between 6am to 12 mid-night 7 days a week
- Unlimited Walk-In Support if resolution is not provided on remote as per the terms of service mentioned below.
- On-Site support would be provided at Rs.199 per visit per PC as per terms mentioned below.
- Terms of Service for Field Support (Walk-In and On-Site Visit):
- Field Support will be only provided if resolution is not provided on remote
- Field support will be provided during the working hours as mentioned in details for individual service centers (Click Here for information). On-Site Visit will be provided latest by next working day.

- Member has an option of upgrading to other plans within one month of registration
