With one time annual fee of Rs. 1499 per PC per year a member gets unlimited remote support and unlimited field support both Walk-In / On-Site. A Premium Plus member gets high quality services which also includes quarterly proactive health optimization to ensure minimal PC related problems and fast computing speed.
Premium Plus Membership plan includes:
- One PC health optimization per quarter
- Unlimited Remote computer support provided between 6am to 12 mid-night 7 days a week
- Unlimited Walk-In support if resolution is not provided on remote as terms mentioned below
- Unlimited On-Site visit if resolution is not provided on remote as per terms mentioned below:
- Terms of Service for Field Support (Walk-In and On-Site Visit):
- Field Support will be only provided if resolution is not provided on remote
- Field support will be provided during the working hours as mentioned in details for individual service centers (Click Here for information). On-Site Visit will be provided latest by next working day.

- The contract is non-comprehensive in nature and the above charges do not include the price of hardware
