Standard membership package starts with annual membership fees of Rs.777 per PC per year offers unlimited remote support from 6 am to 12 mid night seven days a week. This plan best fits users who do not expect multiple PC related issues within one year. Members of this plan are not heavy users of Internet and use their computer for basic computing.
Standard Membership Includes:
- Free PC health optimization one per quarter
- Unlimited Remote computer support provided between 6am to 12 mid-night 7 days a week
- Walk-In Support would be provided at Rs.111 per walk-in per PC as per terms mentioned below
- On-Site support would be provided at Rs.199 per visit per PC as per terms mentioned below
- Terms of Service for Field Support (Walk-In and On-Site Visit):
- Field Support will be only provided if resolution is not provided on remote
- Field support will be provided during the working hours as mentioned in details for individual service centers (Click Here for information). On-Site Visit will be provided latest by next working day.

- Member has an option of upgrading to other plans within one month of registration
- The contract is non-comprehensive in nature and the above charges do not include the price of hardware parts that may require replacement during the contract.
