Santoshh K. Giri (Managing Director)

Mr. Santoshh K. Giri is the founder member of SMR Solutions. He has been instrumental in taking SMR to a position of pride. Today SMR enjoys a very high credibility with all its past and present clients. Always inspired by new technologies, he has encouraged his team to take up new challenges and projects.

A mechanical engineer by profession, he has worked at senior positions with many organizations like K.G. Khosla Compressors, Network Limited before becoming an entrepreneur himself. He has vast experience in contracts, purchase, marketing and sales. Being intuitive and forward looking that he is, he at the age of 44 decided to take a sabbatical and do MBA with specialization in Marketing of Services.

Puneet K. Gargya (Director Operations)

With over 25 years of hardcore experience with various organizations, Puneet is the technical brain behind SMR. He likes to learn new technologies and experiment with them. He has taken SMR into wireless networking, surveillance and solution consulting. He has worked on prestigious projects with defense providing them with the solutions to some of the complex technical problems.

An engineer by profession before coming to SMR in 2004 Puneet has worked at senior management positions with some of the renowned names like Network Limited, Xerox, Schindler. Puneet is an alumni of Staff College, Hyderabad and IMD, Switzerland.

Srinivasan Mohan (Director Commercial)

S Mohan, associated with SMR Solution since 2006, is responsible for Finance and Accounts for SMR. He has ensured that SMR is 100% statutory compliant. He has introduced various processes to make things systematic and simpler from the finance prospective.

A MBA by qualification Mohan has over 30 years of experience in various operations like Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Taxation across multiple industries: Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Office Automation, Consumer Products in both Indian & Multinational Organizations .

Kunal Giri (GM - Strategy & Planning)

Kunal is responsible for devising growth strategies for PC Guru Live in Indian market and executing plans to meet strategic objectives. Kunal brings broad range of experience from varied industries like, Information Technology, Financial Services and Energy Consulting and has worked in multiple countries like USA and India.

Kunal received his MBA (Finance) and MS (Information Systems) from Boston University and received his BBA (Marketing & Finance) from Birla Institute of Technology.

Bhaskar Ojha (GM - Operations)

Bhaskar is a hands-on person. Over the last 9 years in the industry he has implemented projects on Linux, wired and wireless networking, surveillance, data security etc. He has also had experience of managing the IT set up of call centers.

Besides CCNA and MSCE, Bhaskar has done various courses in computers as well.
